Jim Karas Personal Training understands that most injuries are often a symptom of a larger underlying problem. For example, a common misconception is that back pain is caused by a weak lower back. However, it is more likely the core muscles around the midsection are weak or the joints around it lack mobility.
In other words, we address your specific injury by treating the entire body. We use a series of strengthening, stretching, massaging and mobilizing techniques that get to the root of the problem – that’s how you prevent re-injury. And just like all of our services, we can even come to your home!
