Our metabolic assessment is powered by NewLeaf and is the most accurate way in our industry to measure your metabolic rate. This test will not only tell you the number of calories you're burning each day, but how much fat versus sugar you are burning so we can create a fat burning exercise program customized to you.

We recommend retesting every 12-16 weeks to track your metabolic progress.
