The Cardio-Free Studio

Just because it's Cardio-Free, don't think you're not going to get a cardiovascular workout! Using strength and resistance training, we'll get your heart rate up and down by exercising in 30 second intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest. Our 40 minute programs provide the most efficient form of exercise with optimal results!

 

The Cardio-Free program is cycled every 4 weeks giving participants the ability to understand and master the movements. Each cycle we change the entire workout – your body is constantly challenged! With 3 different classes available, you are bound to find the perfect one for you!

Cardio-Free sessions are for the advanced and injury-free client. Sessions are intense and will definitely get you the results are you looking for!

 

Cardio-Free Essentials - 4 person max, $35 - $40 per session

Cardio-Free Essentials gives the necessary structure and knowledge to stabilize the body for intense exercise.

 

Cardio-Free Private- 4 person max, $40 - $45 per session
