Don’t be fooled by the words CARDIO-FREE! You’ll get your cardio but never have to step foot on a treadmill again! Our innovative cardio-free workout program in Chicago is guaranteed to transform your body with just three 45-minute sessions per week. The CARDIO-FREE workout is specifically designed to give you a metabolic makeover, turning your body into a fat-burning machine.

Workouts are available by the session, package or monthly unlimited. Packages can be used in both locations!

[CARDIO-FREE] M.E.L.T.

A metabolic conditioning blast that gives you your “cardio” in a safe, effective way...no boring, steady-state cardio allowed! MELT workouts will be programmed based each person’s work capacity and recovery feedback via the Polar H7 Bluetooth heart rate monitors - reach the most intelligent intensity every workout!  

[CARDIO-FREE] M.E.L.T.

A workout with no more than 6 people that is designed to give you MAXIMUM attention so you can reach the MAXIMUM skill levels with barbells and kettlebells. Your weights and repetitions will be tracked so you watch how quickly your strength can grow!
