Women Need To Eat 500 Less Calories To Weight What They Did In The 1970s
If you can believe it, the average woman USED to weigh 144 in the 1970s.
Now, she weighs 164 pounds.
That would all be reversed by eating 500 less calories a day.
It’s a lot easier than you think. Just cut out:
1. Liquid calories
2. Oil
3. Excessive processed carbs
4. Virtually all fast food
Try it and you will see and feel the difference.

I think they’ve adjusted the sizes in clothing, too. I wonder if there is any research on that. I’ve often thought that, for instance, a size 8 now was maybe actually a size 12 fifteen to twenty years ago I’ve kind of wondered if maybe to sell more clothes, designers try to make women feel better about themselves and make women feel like they only wear a size 8, when actually their measurements are that of a true size 12. And you see all these models now who say they wear a size 0 or size 2. It would be an interesting study.

Elizabeth, I completely agree with you about the “vanity” sizes nowadays. My weight has not fluctuated more than 5 lbs and years ago I wore size 10 or 12 and now I wear size 4 which looks as big as the sizes I wore way back when.
