Woman And Weight Gain
According to David Kessler, in 1960, when ages 20-29 averaged 128 pounds. By 2000, that number reached 157 (and is probably higher by now).
Among women 40-49, the average was 140 pounds in 1960 and was 169 in 2000.
SHOCKING trend and my predication is that it will only get higher.

Interesting … we can challenge each other about eating samples at the grocery store and support a Rocky-like preparation for our morning workout, but suggest proper spelling as a worthy practice on a professional blog, and it’s asking too much. Oh well. I still sleep better knowing I’ve tried to make a difference. Carry on. ;o)
