Winter Weather
REALLY important to workout when it is cold and gray the way it is in Chicago.
I just got back from California for speeches and meetings, and it is easy to workout there as the sun in shining and people are generally thinner (notice I said generally, as most of the women are thinner but many of the men are heavier).
Here in Chicago, I had a great day as I got up, ate breakfast, and then worked out. Hit back and biceps today. Then got home and have been working and resting all day. I just know the morning workout set me up for a good day.

Jim, I am an Adult Male, age 60, 175 pounds, fit, want to lose those extra 10 to be totally fit, exercise vigorously and eat mostly the right foods. My wife whom is much younger and I are going to do your diet plan for as long as we can. I have your book, fitness Plan for the Body, you make sense! Here is my comment, although the others were comments, too. I see all of the people around me killing themselves with junk food and alcohol, what can I do for them. They think I am a freak!

This is tough as I, too, see people killing themselves with the wrong food, drink, sleep, etc.
I always say, lead by example. If you and your wife look and feel great, other will ask you what your secret is. Feel free to use my name (just kidding) and simply stand by the fact that you value your mind and body and want to nourish it with the right food, exercise, etc.
