also Jim, correct me if I&#039;m wrong but isn&#039;t the key word CONSISTENCY? people like to think that you only need to watch the calories WHILE you lose weight. but the calories have to be watched ALL THE TIME in order for the weight to fall off and STAY off. It has to be for a lifetime...</description>
