As “supposed” fitness expert, Tracy Anderson is on.
Listen to what she has to say, then do the EXACT OPPOSITE as everything she recommends in generally wrong.

I happened to catch a few minutes of this show as Tracy was saying to not use a weight heavier than three pounds. Also, Sherry Shepard was acting like the exercises were torture. I know she’s a comedienne, but c’mon, have a little respect for fitness. And get back with the program! We’re tired of watching you and Whoopie lose and gain instead of just staying in shape!

Sara, I so agree with you. The 3 pound weight issue is crazy. We don’t even train 100-year-old-women with that light of a weight.

Jim, what did you think of Jane Fonda on Oprah today? I’m glad she included using weights in her exercise regimen. I thought she looked quite well.

Yeah Jim, I’m interested in what you thought of Jane Fonda on Oprah as well.

LOVE Jane Fonda. The only problem was the recommendation, just like Tracy Anderson, of only using light weights. I am going to post about this on my main blog.

At least Jim can’t say Jane Fonda has “clearly gained a lot of weight.” I love that she dances with her bf up to an hour every night. Wouldn’t be surprised if she shows up as the over-70 celeb on Dancing With the Stars! And she’s had both a hip and knee replacement.
