Don&#039;t be afraid by the heavier weights as they produce the best results.

Though I know you are very professional, I bet you were cringing inside when they ate french fries, cookies, said that ice cream was better than a banana AND told people not to count calories or step on a scale. I bought your book last April and your energy plan is the most realistic way to lose weight and feel better that there is!!! Thank you Jim!</description>
