Watch “The View” This Friday, December 18th
Okay, I’m on again, This time it’s “The Diet Wars,” which really aren’t wars, but are just 5 of us doing our 2 minute thing (some people got more than two minutes and you can tell who did by how fast I have to talk) so check it out and enjoy.
And stop eating, if you are out of control. Exercise, drink water, get to bed and don’t make these next two weeks a disaster….

I loved your segment on the view, out of all the weight loss plans your was the one that caught my attention, what you said makes sense, and when I think about it, I feel much more alive and healthy after lifting weights, sit ups and so on. If you have a video workout plan I’d be very interested in obtaining it.
Here’s to a healthy New Year

Hi Jim, I saw your segment on the view, you did have to talk fast and I was able to make out what all you were saying. It made lots of sense, I so much want to lose weight and get a workout plan, the only problem is Im in a wheelchair and most of the plans are for able bodied people. Can you help me?

Watched you on The View this morning and thought you were great! I was listening to the other plans and tried to catch your face during those segments. Though I know you are very professional, I bet you were cringing inside when they ate french fries, cookies, said that ice cream was better than a banana AND told people not to count calories or step on a scale. I bought your book last April and your energy plan is the most realistic way to lose weight and feel better that there is!!! Thank you Jim!

Nancy:
The workout plan in my third book, “The Cardio-Free Diet” can pretty easily, with a few modifications, be done for someone in a wheelchair. Check it out and let me know and safe holidays.

Hi Jim I saw your segment today and was very impressed, thank you. My problem is I live in a studio apartment. The only doors I have are the front door and the bathroom door. There doesn’t seem to be much room on either one….
Any suggestions???

I would check out my third book, “The Cardio-Free Diet,” as it has two workout programs and one of them is with free weights, which could easily be done in your studio apartment.
Good luck!

What weight should the dumbbells be? I couldn’t find this info in the book. I am a beginner female. Thank you.

Mitch, in Comment 1, was wondering if you have a video workout, and if you sell them on DVD? Did you reply to that one,as I was wondering the same thing? Thank you.

Sara:
You really need 5,8 10,12 15, 20 and 25 pound weights, or you can buy a piece of equipment called Power Blocks. I would go to your exercise equipment store and check it out.
Don’t be afraid by the heavier weights as they produce the best results.
