		<description>The concept of warm-up all depends on where you are coming from. If you are rushing home to exercise. then that is warm-up enough.

If you are working out first thing after getting up, then 1-2 minutes of stepping up and down your lowers step, or even some slow squats, is all that you really need. The concept of the &quot;warm-up&quot; is generally overblown.
