I was a semi-vegetarian for 15 years until last year - I ate eggs and fish but not very often. Last year I started eating meat again, but mainly chicken. What I found was that when I was a vegetarian, it was SO much harder to lose weight because when I ate out, the only real choice I had was pasta, cheese and white carbs OR a salad which would leave me feeling unsatisfied. It was when I started to eat chicken that the weight came off because when I ate out I had more choice. I&#039;m not saying this is the only way, but it worked for me.</description>
