What a GREAT time to get a jump start on your “New Year, New You” resolution.
This isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about putting yourself first and really making 2012 the start if great, new, energizing habits.
SO many people are off work, or at half pace, that my studio is actually rocking as people are taking the time and using it to get in even better shape.
Plus, we all agree, enough with the food and drink and let’s get back to normalcy.
