The State of Exercise/Fitness/Health – April 2009

This from the Chicago Sun Times:

“84 percent said despite the recession there is no better time to invest in maintaining good health ! Gym and fitness market will grow 2.2 this year !”

I know we are seeing this uptick in Chicago and New York as people need their health and energy more now than every before.
