Great article in a past Wall Street Journal that I just came across.
It PROVES that strength training can improve your gold game considerably.
In the past, people though strength training made you tight and too muscular. NOT SO. Instead the strength enhances your accuracy AND makes you leaner and longer. All of that translates to a better gold AND tennis game, if that’s your preference.
And look at our current tennis stars. They are ALL in the gym hours a day in addition to their time on the court.
It looks to me like a win-win situation.
