Seeing Thin Will Make You Eat Less

New Swiss study PROVES that seeing thin objects while eating, such as thin Giacometti statues, made people eat less chocolate. Those seeing the statues at 4.7 pieces compared to 6.4 pieces when they did not.

I have a funny personal experience that is somewhat similar. I was trying to decide if I was going to workout one morning and was flipping channels and I somehow got to “Twilight” and the scene with Taylor Lautner running in his shorts and no shirt before he became a werewolf and said to myself, “you fat pig, get your clothes and get to the gym” and I did!

  1. Interesting that you would compare your 50yo self with a teenager in his prime and call yourself, in the shape you are in, a fat pig. That doesn’t bode well for us mere mortals.
