Prunes Work Better Than Psyllium Fiber

I am a HUGE prune fan. They are the #1 most nutritious food that you can eat. Surprised? I was.

Plus, they are amazing when it comes to regularity. I believe that if your metabolism is operating efficiently, you should be “going” frequently throughout the day. If you aren’t, then I would start by adding more prunes to your diet.

Just make sure they are not dried prunes as they are very caloric.

  3. My favorite is Sunsweet D’Noir Prunes, preservative free. They come in a yellow bag. One serving is 5 prunes = 100 calories, 3g fiber.
