Seems i have heard of too many people discovering they have cancer and realizing we don't really know if this should be our fate, HOWEVER, if we keep ourselves as fit and healthy as possible, we arms ourselves with the ability to fight and overcome diseases such as cancer. the stories of those that have recovered and beat the odds all seem to have "being in great shape" as a common factor. If this isn't motivation then i dont' know what is. I was just having this conversation this afternoon.
