According to the “Center for Science in the Public Interest,” 83% of meals at 17 big chain restaurants that contain more than a day’s worth of sodium.
That is KILLING us, causing high blood pressure and many other illnesses.
What can you do? Look up the calories AND the sodium content of the chain restaurants that you are frequenting and get the data.

Jim, what do you think of the theory that says high sodium is not a problem? The problem is really an imbalance between sodium and potassium.
