Kelly Ripa’s Arms
I have been watching Regis and Kelly lately and noticed that her arms are looking way more defined. I was at a party last night and for some reason, her name came up and I mentioned what I have been seeing.
Two of the women at the party instantly said that they have observed the same thing.
SO, as much as Kelly leads us to believe that she doesn’t exercise (or do much more than some ABC thing she showed a while back), I would say she is clearly strength training and for that, I take my hat off to her.
What do you all think???

I could be wrong, but in my opinion, Kelly is way too thin. Her arms are teriffic, though.

I would agree, Kelly does not look very health to me…however she does have more defined arms.

Oh, I think she looks healthy. She is very thin, but really has always been like that since I can remember.

Jim, I think you are right. She is obviously doing more than what she says she is. I hate when people in the public say, “oh, I eat whatever I want” or “I don’t exercise that often” and then they look toned.
Same with when they have babies and it isn’t until someone has surgery “issues” that the public finds out that they were having a tummy tuck and the baby is just weeks old. I would bet my years salary that many more “stars” have procedures done than we realize and then they pull out the “oh, I breastfed to drop the weight”. Get real! I know that burns calories but I have seen many women that are out of shape months after having a baby and they breast fed too!
I would love to have Kelly’s arms but why doesn’t she just fess up to how much she actually does work out and how many calories she takes in.

Her arms do rock. I have not heard her say she doesn’t workout. In fact, didn’t she come out a few years ago saying she replaced smoking with working out? Didn’t Faith Ford convince her there were other addictions she could have in which she did not need to be ashamed?

I am right there with you. SO many stars lie about how they eat and exercise. The bottom line, if you are in shape, 99 times out of 100 you are watching what you are eating and exercising religiously. There is no other way to do it.
And yes, the stars have TONS of procedures. I just got back from LA yesterday. The people just look so different because they are doing so much to their bodies and faces. It’s a little freaky.

You know, I didn’t know she smoked. I do remember her talking about her “ABC” workout, but I don’t know what it is.

Actually, I watch her morning show from time to time and have heard her discuss her workouts. I remember a couple years ago she did a segment in a gym with her trainer showing her workout routine: push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, etc. and they ended showing her doing some running outside. Lately, she has been mentioning working out a place called Physique 57, where she says she does her workouts using a ballet bar–I guess trying to get that “long & lean” look that many women are now coveting. I have also heard her say recently how she was running on the treadmill. So, it sounds like she is doing weight bearing, isometric work, and cardio….and I’m sure by the looks of her she maintains a very disciplined diet.

Kelly for years didn’t exercise at all but something changed a few years back. She loves to workout now and has always promoted Physique 57 which uses your own body strength and a ball of some sort. You can google it and see. I do know she’s running on the treadmill but hasn’t actually mentioned working out with weights. But Kelly has always been a thin petite girl!! the only time she got big was her first pregnacy. I have watched her since her early days on All My Children. But she is exercising folks and is proud of it now. She loves her arms and that’s why she’s always wearing tops that show her arms off..LOL

I just want her to come out and say already that she is obsessed with her body and working out. She is obviously strength training beyond what she claims. She looks like a freak, doing what she does, she should just become a bodybuilder or go somewhere where she belongs.

I don’t think she looks like a freak. And i truly don’t know what she is doing for workouts, though I hear she has talked about taking classes. Now, I haven’t seen her for the past month or so, so maybe something has changed.
