In London To Promote “The 7-Day Energy Surge”
Well, I’ve been in London for the past 24 hours.
I know the city well, as I lived here for a semester of college and spent the summer of 2004 with Hugh Jackman as I trained him for “X Men III – The Last Stand.”
Two very clear observations:
1. The British are getting heavier. You can see it on the streets, in the stores and in the restaurants. They used to be smaller, and appear to be learning the way to overeat from us.
2. They are all out running in the parks and are overweight and NOT looking very happy. I mean, they really look pained as they run, and sweat, and frown. I wish I could tackle each of them and let them know that running is NOT the key to weight loss, improved health or a longer life. As I have said so many times, CARDIO KILLS and I wish they would stop.

Hi Jim,
I’m a big fan of your cardio free exercise plan. I am currently trying to lose at least 20 lbs within the next month. Is it ok to do strength training or follow your cardio free workout plan 7 days a week instead of 3, to lose weight faster? Also, being a female i don’t want to bulk up but be slim and toned, and well sculpted.
