		<description>I really have not heard conclusive evidence that full fat items regulate hormones. Plus, American&#039;s are not capable of eating many items in a portion controlled manner. They overeat, so that is why I like to keep the foods as low in calories as possible.

And full fat dairy is loaded in saturated fat, which we know is not healthy.

Greg said we are hearing a lot about including full fat items in our diets, and that they manage our hormones better than low-fat items, and that this is confusing, especially coming from doctors. He asked if we could trust that advice and whether it was changing your philosophy about diet.

And just to make this clear, I do not like a lot olive oil on food. Even Dr. Oz says one TEASPOON is all that you need. Most people coat their food in olive oil and it adds TONS of calories that will get in the way of weight loss.

Seems to be a growing group of people stressing fat (even Jorge&#039;s segment) and cutting out sugar. Butter, coconut, cream, full fat dairy.... this is really confusing me. I am on a statin and wonder - can I trust these guys and Aziz being a physician... what are your thoughts? Is any of this changing your philososphy or not?
