She's into her second year of maintenance and while she's still under the JC rainbow right now she has other goals and dreams (like getting her GED). She has a supportive boyfriend who did the program with her successfully. She's been strength training (which you should love to hear). I think she still does the treadmill though. Maybe I'll be wrong, it's all about what's in her head isn't it? I think she has a great chance to be one of the celebrity exceptions and maintain her fitness. They want you to fail so you'll keep coming back. Which makes them more money. You never have to think about food nor do you truly learn the correct way to eat. It's so, so true and makes it so, so hard for the rest of of non-celebrities to feel like we are gaining ground when we keep getting hounded by successful celebrities getting paid to work out and a majority of the rest of them being air-brushed.
