Anytime, and I am a WW fan. They count calories. Plus, they do advocate whole grains, lean protein, fruit and veggies, etc. I like it all.

Thanks- I would like to avoid the knife- I think excess body fat is probably right so, I am going to keep up the exercise (your plan) and I am doing weight watchers which I have talked to you about before- I know some folks don't feel WW is cutting edge nutrition but I have read a ton on nutrition and weight loss "diets" and it all gets sooooo confusing and so many people are just marketing something or selling something ... WW is selling but I found it to be pretty comprehensive and helps me focus - so easy to lose track. I don't buy their products - they seem too processed.
Thanks Jim- take care.

A part of it is probably some excess body fat, a part may be that your skin is slightly stretched out and a part may be aging.

With another 20 to go, you should see improvement. If that isn't enough, there's always "the knife."

Hi Jim- I notice now at 53 that my jawline/neck is a bit saggy - a little jowly - I am still working my way down in weight - another 20 pounds to go - can that help my jawline? It used to be more angular and tighter - I think it ages me - I was told the creams and lotions don't work - help!
Thanks.
