I would not mind at all if regulators were to start requiring restaurants and other food vendors to offer smaller (i.e. reasonable, normal, equivalent to a nutrition label serving size) portions of foods and beverages on their menu. In the few places I can even get a “normal” serving, it’s usually called a “child’s” portion and not even listed on the menu. Just one of many reasons I rarely eat out anymore.

Yes, simply substitute protein for protein, carb for carb, etc. That’s totally fine on the plan.
