I grew up in a very active family where tv was only on Saturday mornings and even as a teenager I worked as a Lifeguard and Swimming instructor. Why do people do this to themselves and their kids? We just bought a hockey net and sticks for my nieces and nephew for the winter and in the summer they play soccer, baseball and swim. I do find that from my travels we Canadians seem to be more active. I hope that more people will catch on to this lifestyle sooner rather than later. Hey Jim, this is just astonishing to me!
