Jim…LOVE the new web site!! Much more modern and updated! I watched you live on Fox & Friends…..SEX??? That’s what I remember most! Only kidding but very interesting. You look great and can’t wait to order the book at Amazon. Had a slight gain this week at WW weigh in but going forward this week, not looking back!! Thanks for all the inspiration.

Don’t worry about the slight gain because of the word you use, “slight.”
All the research points to the fact that if you go on a weigh loss program and plan to be PERFECT, you are doomed to fail.
So get right back at it this week and the scale will go down.
