A Harvard study confirms that the best way to lose weight is the old fashioned way, eat less, eat more lower calorie foods and exercise.
It’s not brain surgery. I’ve been saying that fad diets don’t work for years. What, you eliminate ONE food group, such as carbs, then when you introduce them back into your diet, you gain all the weight back.
Plus, ANY diet that doesn’t include strength training is doomed to fail as your metabolism will slow. That’s going the wrong way.
