		<description>Hey Jim! Update on my new trainer/work out regimen. Not sure if you remember me from a couple of weeks ago....but will just jump in and update you anyway.  Started with a trainer and I think he&#039;s trying to kill me...really!!  Seriously though, he&#039;s a great great trainer.  30+ years as a PE teacher, on the rowing team somewhere, fitness buff, BUT the only drawback which I don&#039;t find but you will is that he&#039;s a big time runner.  He&#039;s coach of the Concord Vocational Tech cross country team.  He is a big big proponent of running and I would rather walk briskly.  That is the only place we disagree.  But training is going well, I am a big sore, he truly pushes me....really pushes me!!  He also recommended I read &quot;Younger Next Year&quot; by Chris Crowley &amp; Henry Lodge, M.D.   Very funny book so far but also very interesting read.  Have you read it?  Their #1 rule, work out 6 days a week for the &quot;rest of your life&quot;...!!!  Whatta you think????</description>
