Day 2 Of Metabolic Detox – Dinner

Well, I just finished my last shake, which is fig, and before that, I had a bowl of my own soup which was just red, green and yellow peppers, mushrooms and pepper and lemon-pepper seasoning, since I’m not allowed salt.

It’s really good, and today I felt no hunger at all.

I shouldn’t tell you this, but I am down 2.5 pounds already. I think it is the release of any water that has to do with salt, and probably a little wine “bloat” as well.

Just want to be honest.

  2. And down another pound today. I never expected it to go this fast, but since I haven’t ever done this program before, I didn’t know.

    It’s really not that hard. Now, by Day 3, I’m totally in the groove.

  3. I want some of that too!! Been on vacation and didn’t make as many healthy choices as I should have.
    When is it going to be available? And how long will you recommend people stay on it? I know that would depend on the size of people but what about people that want to shake the last few pounds off or have vacation pounds to get rid of? Will it be recommended to them too?

  4. I will let you know the moment it is available for sale and yes, it would be perfect to blow off those few stubborn pounds.
