Calories DO Count
Recent survey of 1,026 women showed that:
55% felt calories DON’T count during celebrations
39% felt calories DON’T count when traveling
30% felt calories DON’T count when eating on the go
27% felt calories DON’T count when eating at a buffet
Okay, what’s left.
This clearly shows how women, who are generally smaller than men and have lower metabolisms, are killing themselves with food. The average woman in her 30s is something like 25 pounds heavier than she was a few decades ago.
The average woman is also eating around 300+ calories a day than she did years ago.
So, the lesson? Count each and every calorie at each and every meal. It’s not nearly as hard as you think.
Jim

Jim, why do you think that many diet plans say you don’t have to count calories. It is obvious that counting calories works.
Do you think they say it because most people don’t like to hear that they have to pay attention to their calorie count?

Happy Father’s Day Jim! Your kids are very lucky to have you for a dad. They will really be grateful in their adult years, eating right and being active will be so natural to them. Enjoy Father’s Day with them!

Absolutely. Publishers even say “Don’t say count calories as people think it is too hard” but clearly, it is the only way to successfully lose weight and then keep it off.

Thank you so much. We have had a GREAT day just hanging out in Chicago, going to lunch, shopping, hitting some parks and then the beach and now we are how watching our ( or should I say, MY) favorite movies.
They gave me a scrapbook of the past year and I really love it. I hope they do it every year as it is a great way to remember. Time REALLY does fly…….
