I hadn&#039;t been practicing it as much lately but now with your new book I am reminded how important it is and it has become a daily &quot;must do&quot; for me.

P.S. I lost 3 lbs during week one! At the start of week two I am feeling very strong and committed to your 7 Day Energy Surge plan.</description>
