There is a glut of information to be had with regard to healthy nutrition. It is almost as if people expect some government official to be their food police. If they purchase a bag of cheese doodles (or whatever they are called), is Uncle Sam supposed to come along and slap their hand and say do not eat that! But then again, when I see snippets of these shows such as The Biggest Loser, I am truly amazed at how clueless some people are about healthy food. So maybe they do need Big Brother standing guard over their eating habits. I do not even understand why the government needs to be involved at all in what people make the choice to eat.
