A Band Aid To Help Running Injuries

Wall Street Journal reports there is a new thin pressure strip that cal help alleviate the pain of running.

How about quit the running?

Gee, that wasn’t so hard, was it? Why perform a style of exercise that you KNOW will result in injury?

  1. Jim I am noticing this often now that I go to a woman’s only gym. The ones that are on the treadmills etc for 40+ minutes don’t have much to them, but the ladies that are in the weight rooms look great! There was a lady there last night that lifted heavy for about 30 minutes and then did about 20 minutes on the elliptical and then went home….she looked fabulous!! And was a great example to the rest of us lifting last night :)

  2. Yes Jessica, the lifting really gets the job done. She probably didn’t even need the elliptical.
