  1. Jim, I wish you all the success! By the way, nice look to your website. You inspire me as well as many others in our quest for a better quality of health and life. I started your cardio free in the fall at 132, 39″ hips and 31 inch waist. I am almost 39 and now weigh 117, 35 1/2 inch hips and 24″ waist. I told you I would be bikini ready!!!!Also I am even using 15 lb weights for some exercises!! Thank you Jim, for all your advice. I will be getting your next book as well. Julie

  3. Jim,
Best of luck with your new book. I have been using your Cardio Free Diet book for about 10 days and have lost 5 pounds and feel so much better! I am absolutely sold on your method. Thank you so much!

  5. So sorry. Go to Spri.com and in categories, go to Jim Karas. There you will find the braided tubing and the door attachment, or even the regular Xertube and door attachment. I always urge people to always but a few of different levels of the tubing as you save on shipping and soon you will be ready for more of a challenge on certain exercises.

  6. Jim, Good luck on your book tour. Your new book sounds wonderful! I am waiting for mine to arrive.

Question about the braided tubes on Spri. I currently use the regular Xertube in blue (doing exercises in your other books) which braided tube should I order to go along with your new book? Level 1 or 2?

    Thanks!

  7. Julie:

WOW, that is really an accomplishment. Would you mind sending my office some before and after pictures at info@jimkaras.com. I would love to see them and may be able to use you for a project that may come to fruition.

    Again, congrats!!!

  8. Enjoyed your book and am benefitting from it, but I would have liked to see a bit more information and guidance on the Spri tubes and exercises. I didn’t know which tube was most appropriate, ordered the medium and wish I’d started with a beginners’ version. Am adjusting by standing a bit closer to the door. There should also be a bid of guidance on breaking into the program. I suggest running though the exercises without the band the first few times, just to get the moves (Squat with Y, T,W and L is really complicated); and maybe adding squats and breathing after a few sessions.

  9. Does anyone know where to buy the SPRI cord IN A STORE (not online) and can’t find it anywhere. I’m in Oakland California bay area (near San Francisco). Any suggestions? Most stores carry it only online (Sears, Target) but I don’t shop online.
    Thanks.

  10. If you would prefer, call my office at 773-244-0123 and they can sell you what you would like to purchase. I just don’t know of any stores in your area that carry the SPRI equipment.
