NO! And if you did, you would lose a tremendous amount of muscle and water and virtually NO fat. That’s not what you want to do.
That’s why 1-2-3 pounds a week should be your goal. PLUS, if you are strength training and your training weight stay the same or go up, you all but guarantee that you are losing fat since you are maintaining your muscle. That’s the success formula and why I am so opposed to cardio. It burns up your muscle. Your goal is to build, not burn.
