This is my fifth book, and I have NEVER received so many emails so quickly about progress on the “The Petite Advantage Diet” eating and exercise plan.
The book has only been out 12 days, and it seems that most of my readers flew through the book (it takes under an hour and a half to read), went out and bought the food for week 1 and also immediately got the Gravity Straps and are using them effectively.
It’s truly exciting.

I bought your book The Petite Advantage Diet and have lost 8 lbs in 5 days-never in my life have I seen results like this on any weight loss plan! I am amazed at how good the food is, how healthy-no packages, no supplements! It has revolutionized the way I think about eating. Thank you so much!!! I would love to have more menus.
I’m a little blown away with the amount of women emailing in with immediate weight loss.
See, if you lean out with “The Petite Advantage Diet” eating plan and perform the exercises, weight just falls off, and that’s not an experience most Petite woman have had in the past on other plans.
Really excites me to hear about women following the plan and both seeing and feeling the results.
Keep it coming, ladies, as it is so inspirational to others.
1. I’m a vegan. Can I make substitutions?
Yes, absolutely. Just make sure that you are substituting protein for protein and that it is in the exact same caloric value.
2. What do I do after the 21 days?
Repeat. Since it worked once, it will work again. Some of our test candidates continue to eat according to the plan and keep all of their weight off.
3. What if I am afraid to eat the big breakfast for fear that I will be even MORE hungry that I am now?
The exact opposite will happen. You will barely be hungry later in the day since you “front loaded” your day.
WIll post more as they keep coming in as I can barely keep up with all the questions.
LOL. Crazy woman, who clearly didn’t read the book, tells me she has rheumatoid arthritis and that running is the best thing for it. She also writes that her doctors encourage her to run.
We have dealt with a lot of RA at my firm. By NO MEANS should she be running. She should be intelligently strength training, stretching and maintaining mobility and NOT causing further damage to her joints.
Nasty review always happen on Amazon. It’s just a nature of the beast. Oftentimes it’s from my competitors.
