I have found for years that everyone, especially women, start to flip out about Spring and Summer clothes around April 1st.

I have been on a real tirade about processed carbs, which include all the white bread, pasta, bagels, rice, potatoes, cookies, candy and juice. If you eat “clean,” and totally eliminate these for a few days, you will immediately see AND feel a huge difference.
