Everyone stuck inside due to the snow, PLEASE don’t spend the day cooking, baking and eating. I’m sure you have some snow to shovel. If not, at least get some exercise in your home even if you don’t have any equipment.
Here is a circuit for you to perform and you don’t need any equipment.
1. Perform 20 slow squats with your toes forward
2. Perform 20 slow pushups in the classic position. Ladies, if you need to, drop to your knees.
3. Perform 20 slow lunges on each leg.
4. Perform the Pilates plank for 1 minute.
5. Perform 20 step ups on each leg on the first stair in your home. If you don’t have stairs, you can use a Reebok step or a small stool.
Now repeat this circuit as often as you can and stay OUT of the kitchen.
