Woman And Weight Gain

According to David Kessler, in 1960, when ages 20-29 averaged 128 pounds. By 2000, that number reached 157 (and is probably higher by now).

Among women 40-49, the average was 140 pounds in 1960 and was 169 in 2000.

SHOCKING trend and my predication is that it will only get higher.

Obesity Shrinks Your Brain

According to University of Pittsburgh researchers, the brains of overweight subjects were 4% smaller than those at healthy weight and 8% smaller for the obese.

The researchers theorize that excess weight restricts blood vessels and lung capacity, depriving the brain of oxygen. The result is a prematurely aged brain.

Just think of these consequences for children and teens!
