Shocking Report in “The Wall Street Journa” On The Cookie Diet

I can’t believe that I am reading in the Journal that Dr. Siegal of Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet says you should NOT exercise when on his diet until you have lost all the weight and are in the maintenance stage.

That is SHOCKING as all the research points to the fact that you will lose a tremendous amount of muscle when dieting without strength training. Therefore, your metabolism is in a free fall and you are virtually doomed to gain all the weight back.

I just can’t believe that a doctor would give that advice, but he is.

Okay, we are officially in “The Danger Zone.”

Already, I am hearing people say “well, I blew it over Thanksgiving so I might as well eat up until the New Year.”

That is a recipe for D I S A S T E R. Don’t do it. Don’t say it. Don’t believe it.

You can SO easily navigate these holidays if you are just smart.

Why gain more weight, especially if you feel you are overweight already. You are making a bad situation worse, and possibly, WAY worse.

Exercise.

Think before you eat.

Drink water.

Sleep.

Think “Thin.” I know that sounds weird, but if you believe that you will lose weight, you will.

Let me know your thoughts.
