Obesity Levels Are Up

Is this a surprise? We know people are not moving, nor are the majority of them watching what they are eating.

Look, I am down in Miami for speeches, and the size of the tourists is overwhelming. Some can barely fit in the lounge chairs at the pool.

And the BEAUTIFUL gym is virtually empty. There are thousands of people staying in this huge hotel. The place should be packed.

I don’t know how to reverse this trend, but I am committed to keep trying. Please help me out!
