Your Trigger Foods

I would like to give you all a strategy for the next week:

Why not cut out ALL your trigger foods. Think about it, what foods throw you off course and lead you to overeat. I know my triggers are:

1. Baked Chips – no way can I have them in the house.

2. Honey Nut Cherrios – ditto as I just can’t stop eating them when I start.

3. Gummy Bears – when my kids get them for Halloween or for some other reason, I tell them they have to hide it in their room and I will eat it.

So, this week, why not remove all triggers from your home, office, car, purse, briefcase, etc. I mean it, get the temptation out of sight and out of mind.

Think about it.

Monday Madness

Monday is THE day to get back on track.

If you have not kept up with your exercise and have eaten WAY more than you should have this weekend, then today IS the day.

Just get back at it.
