Jessica Simpson’s Weight Gain

I have been watching Jessica Simpson struggle with her weight. I was even asked recently in a taping what I thought was going on. I somewhat fudged and said that she probably hasn’t gained as much as we think.

My TRUE take on it is that she may have a health issue and possibly, just possibly, be taking a steroid of something that causes you to gain weight very quickly as you retain a great deal of water.

Please know I am not saying I have any proof, but my gut instinct is that it is more that just overeating as the weight came on so quickly as she does appear terribly puffy.

So, let’s hope she is okay and can soon come clean as to what is going on.

Post Valentines Day

Okay, I hope you all had a good Valentine’s Day. Now, to minimize any damage that may have occurred, you should:

1.  Exercise today. It is essential that you get and extra session in or make sure that you hit all three.

2.  Freeze the leftover candy. I did it with my kids candy and we all agreed that you had to ask if you wanted some as I treat. FYI – that includes me!

3.  Eat sensibly. Look, I realize that for many of us, this is a four day weekend. We all know it is harder to eat on the weekends because food is around all the time. So, just make sure the right things are at hand and if they are not, go out and buy some produce and lean protein to minimize the temptation.
