When was the last time you focused on your breathing?

I literally just put my new book, “The 7-Day Energy Surge,” in the Federal Express box to be mailed in the morning.

The book is about the 10 variables that YOU control on a daily basis that either increase or decrease your energy levels.

One of the chapter is on breathing, and the research is compelling when it comes to the importance of full, deep belly breathing.

Just take a moment now and inhale through your nose for 6 counts, then exhale for 6 counts. Don’t breath through your mouth as the nose warms and cleans air more that the mouth does.

I use this with my kids when I see them getting stressed. We just stop and breath and it really works. I do it all the time before I give a speech or appear on TV.

Try it. You have nothing to lose….but air!
